| I've visited 3 times in the last week mainly because I have CAMRA's �20 of vouchers for use over the year. Last sunday and monday were perfect visits. Plenty of space, excellent beer and a meal on monday with the wife. Really changed my mind about these places. UNTIL the punch up on thursday night. A drunken lout in his 20's (?) jumping over the tables to land his fist in his victims face. The bar staff were amazing - not hesitating to deal with this rather frightening situation - all over in a matter of seconds. Soon ejected and back to normal. The question arises - are they used to dealing with this? There were a good couple of hundred people in here that night which is why I avoid town pubs like Weatherspoons.
