| To say this place is just a few hundred yards from a housing estate, you couldn't get a more countryside setting. Located at the top of fields next to the iconic water tower, the view towards Leeds is beautiful. Once inside they have Taylors Landlord and their own Chidswell Bitter (brewed by Tom Woods I believe) plus two rotating guests, always well kept. Though I don't live that close to it, me and Mrs Clods call in once a week just because (as Mrs Clods says) "It's nice". clodsthecat - 16 Jul 2012 16:15 |
