| If you're gonna devote so much of a pub's space to food, it should at least be nice. Sure, the portions were massive, but "Roast Turkey" should never, ever be processed turkey roll. Portions were good, but this tasted like was mass produced, catering standard mediocrity. My guest ale was also pretty much undrinkable. Can't vouch for the other Everard's fare, as I went elsewhere. | Great country pub geared up for food. Much of the space turned over to tables and the meals are not disappointing as many pubs tend to be. Well kept beer too and fabulous views over the rolling hills. Fizzyhead - 13 Nov 2008 13:57 |
