I understand this is a Rangers matchday pub but my wife and I stopped by for a quiet drink on a romantic date one quiet midweek afternoon. We had two pints of Tenants (a local concoction) and took in the salubrious lager while gazing at the garishly coloured decor. The pub building itself resembles a light industrial unit and indeed there is a certain functionality to the setup. The venue would benefit from softer lighting, a wider selection of beers, light nibbles such as tapas or even a stone backed pizza oven. I also recommend stripped out some of the football paraphernalia and installing some contemporary art, maybe avant-garde commissions by local painters. Rather than Sky Sports, I'd ditching the flat-screens all together and piping in some light jazz. Only a few minor alterations and this could be a top gastro pub. Otherwise, top place!

This pub is SIMPLY the BEST. Wonderful customers, cheery and super efficient staff, and a warm welcome is always given. Incredible atmosphere whether game is on or not. Celtic supporters not really welcome though, and thankfully.

To say this pub is a dump is slander on waste disposal facilities as these provide a valuable service to the community, while the Louden seems to exist as an outreach centre for the worst excesses of the Rangers support.

Terrible beer, awful atmosphere - populated by 4 pint hardmen who couldn't fight sleep.

Avoid.

Spent a night in here on friday night before our game with Gers and thought it was brilliant, cheers for the superb reception lads, hopefully we'll get the chance to re-pay it next season down here.

How does this famous hostilery escape mention. A Glasgow institution in Apache country. Suggest color blue is safest ensmble to turn up in. Beer irrelevant, food irrelevant, tradition somewhat important.
