its a nice little shop/pub conversion.
Atmosphere quite good as it is so small that three is a crowd.
Now suffering from pub closures nearby as the animals are still out there and they need watering somewhere!!

I have not been in here for sometime. Only stayed for a pint. Changed its name. I concur with the other posts which is a shame as it used to have a friendly clientel.

Type of place that attracts bar flies to get their fix of average beer while waiting for the next fix of the gee-gees on At The Races.
Not being a lager drinker, I had a choice of Smith's and Guinness. Went for the former, and wasn't overly impressed.
Definitely a locals pub, although saying that, despite being local, I won't be heading back any time soon.

Now called The Red Filly. Quite neat and tidy inside. A local Paddy's pub for local Paddies (if it ain't politically incorrect to say so). No proper beer and the Guinness is pretty dire considering it is an Irish bar. Best stick to the lager. Unless you know people in here it's unlikley you'll be staying for more than the one pint.

Small but very very good. Even a dart board! Amazing for such a small place.Good staff and good beer. Worth a visit if you're in the area!

very small irish bar, very much a locals pub, 2 plasma screens (sky sports) and 1 dart board, and juke box. paul the owner is excellant. bar staff also good, clean premices, good beer moderate prices, no food, no non smoking areas, will drink there again.
