It is a Wetherspoon's with all the usual pluses and minuses. I did pop in there for breakfast once and was a bit surprised to see quite a few blokes supping lager at 8.30am, but this is Telford.

Typical chain pub.

Watered beer, generic food (usually overcooked and tastes microwaved), staff who have no interest in their chosen job and prefer standing up the back playing on their phones, bad service, not very clean when there's more than 12 people in there as spills never get wiped up.

Been here maybe 4 times, once was on a Friday night... never again. Not an enjoyable experience when you're crammed in like sheep slipping on a beer soaked floor or getting wet elbows at the bar.

The only real ale in the shopping centre a previous poster said - dont take the definition of real too seriously.
The beer here is always very mediocre and does not give a first time drinker a good impression - it would put me off real ale too.
The beer is always pulled through a tight sparkler so always tastes the same. The service is dreadful especially on a friday lunchtime.
If you have to drink cask beer in telford shopping centre then you get no choice but to come here but avoid if you can I say.
The food and coffee look good though :)

Huge Wetherspoons cavern, alternating between coffee shop, breakfast bar, chav creche, cheap senior citizen's eatery, refuge for early morning alkies, heaving hordes of clubbers tanking up before a night out in Wellington or sensible beer drinkers like you and I. The food is always acceptable and reasonably priced - you know what to expect. The best choice of ale is usually "coming soon", but there's always an option other than Ruddles/Pedigree which are of varying quality. Good bottled beer selection at the moment - Kozel, Tucher weissbier. Friendly service despite the usual Wetherspoon lack of staff on the bar. Tables beginning to look a bit shabby and the toilets need some attention, but this is the only place for a pint in Telford shopping mall, so it serves its purpose.

Large very open plan pub , much like a canteen , understaffed like many a wetherspoons , beer ok , atmosphere crap , group of drunks hanging around by door upsetting people seemed to be friends of manager , not the best but little choice out here .

Not my sort of place really , beer not bad , atmosphere more like a canteen than pub {saturday afternoon} . As previous review says nowhere else to drink in this part of telford so everthing in here from old grannies to tattooed thugs and all life in between .

I travel the country with work and I've been in a lot worse Wetherspoons than this. OK it's small and packed and a VERY mixed clientele but where else are the locals likely to go in central Telford? Both the beers I tried Everards Equinox and Highwood Jolly Ploughman were well kept AND I managed to win 5.50 on the quiz machine so not a bad visit all round.

Seems to be a cross between a wetherspoons [it is] and a school canteen , the worst wetherspoons i have been in !
