I've heard this place is going to be closed and re-open as a Gay bar. Either way the management need to do something with it as when we were in there the other week at 9pm on a Saturday night myself and the other half were the only 2 people in there!! It's always empty with no atmosphere.

Went into this bar for the first time in ages, it seems to have had a change from a pub pub to more of a cocktail wine bar ....great deals on cocktails 3 b4 9pm. Staff friendly, they have a food menu although didnt eat it looked as though they had a range of different types of food, definatly not thai anymore.

Very much a lounge bar. Doesn't work well when packed in the evening because of the bar, takes too long to get drinks.
student prices now on bottles and most drinks and mixers.
cocktails 2 for 1 on tuesdays and wednesdays, most cocktails priced at 5 pounds for this is a great deal to get in on.
Daytime they now serve tai food till around 9pm, also coffee and teas available all day which mixed with the small but pleasant outdoor seating is great for one on one meetings and relaxed lunches.
All in all it's doing alot and not getting much credit for it's efforts.

What the hell have they done to my town!!! If you want to see social History get a copy of Gavin Watson's Skins book and see some pics what the pub looke like in the 70's and 80's Even when we all gave it the Nickname 'club Anchor' and it stayed open to 2 it was better than this pile of Rubbish. What do we want from a Pub? Surely not this sort of modern Pub

this is not a pub.. this is a fancy dan cafe that also sells beers, wines and spirits.. expensive..

By far the best bar in Wycombe. Never seen any trouble in here at all. Great crowd (No tanked up beer boys or fishy smelling mingers in here) Great staff and good quality beer....slightly overpriced though but I suppose in this town you dont mind paying that little extra for a place to drink which isnt full of scum!

Very good pub, relaxed friendly atmosphere with good bar staff. It has a wine bar feel about it and their cocktails are great.

Excellent food is served during the day and I popped in there on a Tuesday a couple of weeks ago to find a Social Poker League being played, what a great idea!!!

Well worth a visit!

One of the best pubs I have been to in ages. Friendly/unpretentious bar staff and a fantastic signature Pimms! I will definitely go back when im in the area!

I like this joint specially when quiet. Is more of a bar brasserie and full marks for effort. Everything is very new hope they can keep the standards up

Good to see some more 'upmarket' places opening in Wycombe. Actually no sod that, its good to see any new places opening up in wycombe.

Bar is small though and it should have some sort of plasma tv's on the walls to give it some atmosphere in there!

Good pub. Gets packed on Saturday evenings. Probably one of the best pubs in High Wycombe town center.

I like how the bouncer greats you when you arrive and opens the door for you. Having service at the table is good as well - saves having to fight your way to the bar.

The only negative thing is the size of the actual bar. Its too small so it gets very busy and can take ages to get served.
