The Timothy Taylor Landlord here is £3 a pint and drawn direct from the keg. Quality wines and spirits too. Live music all weekend. All the football and other sports. Despite the one modest room being better suited to an estate agent's shop, this place does actually work!

Had 1st drink here since change of ownership to "Morts". It's changed a lot and not for the better. There's now a distinctly wierd atmosphere ,not made better by the fact the creepy new owner stood over us the whole time and kept taking my stool away every time I went to the bog??? Won't be going back which is a shame as it was a blinding bar back in the day. M.

The new owner is kind of creepy, and the bar has a really uncomfortable vibe now. Shame, it used to be a great little place years back as Blase!
Not recommended!

I hope it has new management with the new name as one night during after hours drinking, despite asking if it was alright for me to stay, I was suddenly abrubly shown the door.

This is no longer Blase it has re-opened as Rubys. 3.80 a pint, they are paying for the referb.

Go Wednesdays! Get served by the ever beautiful Sharon and Sarah, and be entertained by the amazing Red Stripe. Watch with envy as Sarah attempts to open a bottle of Pino or wander in bewilderment as to where exactly Sharon does get all those t-shirts from. Lovely drinks menu, lovely vib, but avoid if its full of the teenage crowd who think they are it for having just started drinking. Avoid food, but cocktails are great.

West End prices in Walton-on-Thames I am not a fan of. They do put on some good live music now and again though. This place is very small, if you want a classic "intimate" wine bar then maybe give it a shot.

Good bar, a little pricey but don't mind, nice to be able to sit somewhere that is comfortable with a pleasant atmosphere, true there are no chavs but just as a point of interest they are not all int he regent either.

what do they think they are doing??? have they got a clue??? Awful place expensive drinks and dirty glasses. never again

Cool place to go. The beer isn't cheap, but this keeps all the chavs out as they tend to go to the Regent instead. The manager, Dick is always up for a giggle and always ready for a chin-wag. This weekend 'V-man' is playing (Saturday 22nd September) all your house classics. Entry is free so come down

Great fun wine bar, live music on Saturday nights. And it's 2 for 1 on drinks till 8pm, which certainly starts the evening well!
