What I look for in a drinking establishment - looks - must look classy, very nice feel to it, whther it be a stylish bar or 'proper' pub. Must also stock what I like to drink - Champagne, Jack Daniels, and White Wine. Must also do fantastic 'proper' cocktails. And ofcourse, it must sell 'proper' pork scratchings! It should above all things be a place so great, you'd be proud to take your mother!

Not bad at all. Very nice atmosphere, lovely in the summer.
