Fantastic food made on the premises and served by attentive staff. Id recommend the pies and the Wednesday night carvery all top totch.

The house red is superb and way above the usual pub quality; they also have a decent drop of ale!

Large friendly pub which I have visited on and off for years
Good drop of goachers in good condition and very good home cooked food
A sometimes chaotic feel just adds to the easy atmosphere here......
Very pleasant indeed

Sorry to hear per97uk had an issue at the wonder, I am sure this is not typical of the service at the pub, there must have been a reason for the split service.

We have never had an issue of any kind there, foods great especially their homemade pies, all made on the premises.

The Worlds Wonder is located on the main road on the way to Warehorne. We sat in the beer garden as it was a nice day. We had to move some of the garden tables as we had a large party, but the staff didnt mind. In fact, it gave them an excuse to get more tables out. Our table was covered by umbrellas, though the others were under a huge gazebo.

I ordered fish and chips for lunch, while the rest of my party ordered a variety of ploughmans and baguettes. The order didnt come out all at the same time and as my hot meal came out first, I had to start without the others as it would have gotten cold. It was beautifully cooked though and the chips were excellent. The coke on the other hand was flat and not very cold. Nevertheless, the staff couldnt do enough for you.

The place was very tidy and nicely laid out and the staff enjoyed a chat with the customers. Ill be going back here for sure.

I went back.....

A mate's 40th birthday - home cooked food (NOT microwaved), and an ale brewed especially for the pub, poured out of the barrel. And staff that are genuinely interested in the customers. I will keep on going back.

Pool table, real ales, food, themed live music evenings. 10 minutes from Hamstreet village centre on pushbike or 20 minutes from Woolpack Inn via footpath.
