Went here on a Friday night after a friend has reserved an area upstairs for a reasonable £25 fee. Unfortunately won't be back again - the music upstairs was piercingly loud - terrible 'treble' that literally made your ears crack and give you a headache after a short while.
Only one bar man upstairs - with most people ordering several different cocktails at a time, we spent more time waiting at the bar for drinks than enjoying them with our friends.
Bar man was blatantly snorting cocaine - he'd disappear for 5 minutes (leaving the bar empty) then come back up constantly sniffing. Could spot it a mile off.

Glass collector lady swiped my friends cocktail away after it was only half drunk - ended up telling the barman and he did oblige replacing with another one which was something at least.

Second night out at Zebrano and another fantastic night! The atmosphere was amazing and the cocktails were lush. Me and my girlfriends had a blast! Would recommend to anyone!

A night with great potential was ruined here by appalling service at the downstairs bar. I was ignored by bar staff for half an hour and passed over for other customers. The music was so loud I couldn't hear my friends so didn't stay long. Doorman was friendly but wouldn't recommend it if you value being treated with respect.

Me and the missus have been to this place on a number of occasions midweek when we have been out and needed somewhere to go which has a late licence.

The staff have always been friendly but it was a little different this time round.

Firstly we had to battle to keep our place in the queue outside as people tried pushing in to which the door staff did NOTHING about! Then when we finally get to the front my girlfriend who was smoking a cig was told "Put that out now, put it out now because you dont smoke in our queues". This was repeated another 2 times getting more angry each time despite the fact my better half was already complying with her request!

We then get told it's "Ten pound for boys, five pounds for ladies". Great. Not.

Got inside and it was very busy but some good music was being played and we bought a bottle of wine to enjoy and managed to find a seat upstairs.

Stayed for a few hours which I didnt mind but just the high admission charge and surly staff put me off this place and I dont know if I will go again in the future....

First off, don't think i'll be back here in a hurry after emptying my wallet for one drink (6.50 for a southern comfort and coke!!!!! The bottled beer starts at about 3 as well). That said, the place is a good size with a nice interior and a pleasent crowd considering the area it's in. Wasn't particularly rammed for a Friday night either. But with a surprisingly decent wetherspoons right next door you'd only come here for a special occasion or if you've got money to burn.

zebrano is the number 1 bar to be at this year went there Saturday had a great time, many more to come from this place.
There was a great atmosphere all night even the staff looked like they were having a good time.
I had the cod fillet and it was beautiful, needed a drink after though, I got the mang-ho and ended up drinking it all night
Going again this Friday hope its as good as last time

Me and a few of my friends wandered into zebrano whilst celebrating my friends 22 birthday last friday because it looked new and cool, the food was great the drinks were amazing especially the cocktails (recommend the frozen margarita). Defiantly going here for my 22nd! This place is great for meeting new people listening to cool music and just having fun!!! , 10/10 drinks and 10/10 food 10/10 service

Much better places to go in Soho. Avoid unless you have no choice. Bar manager is arrogant and rude. Bar itself is indeed souless and boring - so boring in fact that even the bar staff looked bored. Drinks are VERY overpriced, that is, if you can get the bar staff to deign to make one for you. Slow service, and tasteless cocktails for the pleasure of 7 a pop. Pass.

It's ok. Alright for the area but typically overpriced.

Arrived at Zebrano to meet friends before going for a bite to eat. No problem. Went to get something to eat, arrived back, and was forced to pay 1 to put my coat in the cloakroom even though I wanted to keep it on. Very expensive drinks, and they'd no lagers (e.g. Bud) left other than their own brewed (but equally expensive) ones. Nice decor, but wouldn't hurry back!
