The Pied Bull, Chester
A bit surprised by the food comments, the menu is large and the food good but I would not choose this pub for a posh meal. By contrast we tasted several of the pub's beers and we found them all excellent, and for us the pub had the feel of a drinker's pub and not a food pub at all. It was Friday and Saturday night, I suppose it could be different in the week.
