The Barley Mow, Broomhill

i have been to this public house many times over the last 5 or so years, the food there is fantastic, and i cannot fault the portions you get, the food is of high quality and very much worth the wait if, on a busy time, there is one. unfortuently i will not be returning to this establishment due to the appauling attitude of the land lady, not only did i find her rude but from a customers point of view i found her lacking in any respect for her staff, i have found that everytime i, myself, was a customer in the pub the staff showed up most help and pleasentness to all of the customers, being very friendly and welcoming. i found myself, one night, being in earshot of the landlady herself using foul language towards her staff in a very unprofessional way. not to mention the fact that i rarely saw her behind the bar, but sat the otherside. i would definatly recomend the barley mow to others as the setting and ambience is lovely, but with caution.
