The Saucy Kettle, Surbiton

My review is to avoid. Last time I was in there with a group from work, and it took over 20 minutes to get a pint at a lunchtime (how much time do they people have to stand around?), and that was bought by a colleague who had just walked in and been asked if he wanted anything when I had obviously been waiting for f*cking ages. Its not as if there were that many of us either. The previous time I was in there it was the same...and yet over the bar is a sign asking patrons to be nice to the bar staff!!When the staff have to ask to be treated nicely by the people they're treating like crap that says something.

My workplace is going there tonight for someone's leaving drink, but I'm not as a result of the shit service I've had in the past. I don't like being treated like a moron and I advise anyone who doesn't like it either to avoid this place.
