The Fox and Hounds, Theale

Used to use this pub alot a long time ago,sadly it went down hill in recent years. After hearing it has been taken over by new management and refurbished my wife and i decided to give it a try last sunday for lunch. beer was good and the food was exellent. my roast beef was a little too rare for me,but when i asked if i could have it cooked some more it was done instatly by the friendly staff,nothing was too much trouble!! We had a nice chat with Matt (who turned out to be one of the managers,the other is his partner,the chef)behind the bar upon paying, he was very down to earth and seemed to know his business.
all in all we can see this pub becoming our new favourite local. definatly recommended
