Hmmm. used to be a greay place, but seems to have lost its way - can't decide if it wantds to be a pub or an eatery. Seems to be losing out on the pub side of things. Shame really, as I ysed to enjoy popping in for a beer, but also used to to feed guests. Now I tend not to bother

The Famous Virgins and Castle, Kenilworth

A time of sadness for this pub, because of the untimely death of the landlord on the 8th October. Over the 4 or so years he had the place, he built an astonishingly good business, converting it from a pub with barely any custom to a thriving affair with a lively clientele.
The food is fantastic, the staff are friendly and helpful, and I'm hoping the pub doesn't change hands.
