The Rowbarge, Woolhampton
Not having been to the Rowbarge since the summer 2006, I had forgotten that it was being renewed. When we arrived I thought 'great' it looked nicely renovated and fresh on the outside.
Oh dear! What a disaster inside - no ambiance, walls painted a mushroom colour, miserable staff and the food was very dissapoining after being so good in the past. We heard the staff moaning about the employers.
What a shame that another Pub is off our visit list. The conglomorate stikes again; another Pub ruined. I don't want an eating house - I want a Pub!
