The Tarrington Arms, Tarrington

Dont really understand the RUDE RUDE RUDE comment, the people at this pub are very friendly, sometimes over helpful, but never rude. Perhaps the previous comment is from someone who needs to get out a bit more, this is a proper country pub, a mix of good clientelle. I was sat having a meal the other night listening to a couple of guys at the bar, one was very earthy with a white staffie dog, and stood next to him was a gent in a business suit and from the conversation ran a car dealership somewhere, the conversation was quite funny, but it goes to show that there are a good mix of people in this pub who no matter from what walk of life, mix and mingle and are equals. The food was excellent value for money, the service was very good, Trevor behind the bar is pleasant and helpful, and i will definitely be using it on my regular visits to the area.
