The Gipsy Moth, Greenwich

The breakfast here is excellent. We used to go to Desperados for a hangover soothing fry-up, but the amount you get here and the cost--�5 make it well worth a visit. Definitely seem to be having some staffing issues at the moment though. Been there a couple of times over the past few weeks and on one of the occassions, the wait at the bar was looooooong. Good range of beer on. Nice location.

lovely grub. one of the best things about Balham is this place.

The Belle Vue, Clapham Common

Like this pub-has a unique character, doesn't feel like a chain. Nice pint. Ideally located by the tube, so makes for a good meeting place or somewhere to get a bit tanked up for the journey home. Haven't eaten here yet so no comment on food.
