Gabriels, Paisley

This pub recently closed due to fire.Decent town centre pub with changing selection of real ale on handpumps hidden away at the back.
Staff are less than enthusiastic to say the very most.

Aragon Bar, Glasgow

WHAT IS THE NEW OWNER THINKING? IN LESS THAN 4 MONTHS THE PRICES HAVE GONE UP OVER 12%.1.50 FOR A CAN OF COKE !THIS IS A SMALL , WELL RUN (UNTIL NOW) PUB NOT THE HILTON.
ME AND MY FRIENDS WILL NOT BE BACK HERE AND I KNOW MANY REGULARS WHO FEEL THE SAME.TOTAL RIP OFF WHEN YOU CAN GET A BETTER RANGE OF BEERS AND AT FAR BETTER PRICES WITHIN STAGGERING DISTANCE.

The Three Judges, Partick Cross

As a real ale drinker of longer than my doctor will ever be told , the "Judges" was always high on the small list of pubs that were well worth the journey .
However , lately I have found the quality of the beer and the service to be of less than adequate.Firstly the beer.As has been mentioned by a previous reviewer, the cellar is obviously not chilled and this results in the beer being served at room temperature which during the spring and summer months can result in a tepid, flat pint that is nowhere neer the condition it would be if cellared correctly(probably not helped by the top pressure system they use to dispense with).
Some memebers of the staff seemed to be more occupied with the various dogs which are free to roam around the pub at will than the paying customers.
All in all if you prefer your beer well looked after and the surrounds canine free,I would recommend the wonderful Bon Accord or even Tennents over the Three Judges until they get their act together.
