full of tourists and surf bums. bar service very poor. very convenient for the beach. food pretty good though fairly basic. lots of seating outside but right by the road.

The Fisherman's Cot, Bickleigh

had the worst sunday carvery of my life here in summer. everything was cooked well in advance and kept warm under lights subsequently turning everything to rock! i paid �10 per serving and was seated between 2 wedding parties. i am local but will never go here again, despite the very beautiful setting. go to the other pubs in walking distance, the trout is good.
