The Stag and Hounds, Binfield

Very nice pub, with good selection of beers, and usually a couple of guest real ales. Food is very good, it aims to be better than your usual pub fare, and there is always a selection of specials alongside the usual menu. True it is slightly more pricey, but it is worth it.

Three Frogs, Wokingham

Cheap and cheerful. Nice enough as a pub. Have paid more for meals I've liked a lot less.

Plough, Wokingham

Nice enough pub, but have had mixed experiences with the food. The Sunday lunch is very tasty, but mid-week the standard bar menu can be a bit disappointing. Had to send back some very leathery Confit of Duck. The meat in the Steak and Ale Pie seemed to have the consistency of pre-roasted meat, at a guess, the left overs from the Sunday lunch. I'd like to try the specials nights on Friday/Saturday as I've heard they are quite good.
