The Seven Stars, Ripley

Used the pub for the first time a few weeks back and found it a tad quiet,but it was mid week and early in the evening.Took 2 of the kids (12 and 16)there yesterday for Sunday lunch and the grub was excellent.Good quality,lots of it and very reasonably priced.Will definitely use it again.

The Cockpit, Blackfriars

Have been using the pit for years.Wolfgang is the cutest schnauzer on the planet and who really gives a toss if alf and johnny have a penchant for lifting the odd chemise it certainly doesnt bother me.And what if cookie boy is slightly mad,he always buys me a pint or large vod and what if the maccam says c**t every other word.But who is Emma?
