The Kings Arms, Brislington

this is a very friendly pub with a good standard of beer.
all the bar staff are great n very friendly. i live locally and when they have live music it is not too loud and from what ive herd of it a very good standard.

The Star Inn, Tickenham

i stopped here for some food last weekend and i wish i never. the best thing about this pub is the playground, the service was terrible and prices were way too high. i will be driving past from now on not stopping

The Good Intent, Brislington

The pub is now under new ownership and management and has changed. there are no more numpties and there is always beer in the celler. i visited the pub last week and it was thriving, lots of people playing pool, darts great music on the jukebox and a great selection of drinks available. i enquired about food but the last owner left the kitchen in such a bad state that it is closed for the time being. was told that work is going on and the kitchen should be open soon. i am new to this area and will certianly make this my new local.
