The Sussex Arms, Twickenham

What happened to this pub? It was a pleasure to go there and try the ales, meet friends,... The staff was always pleasant and friendly.
Now it is totally different since the manager and his partner left. They were running the place very well.
Now the staff is not very friendly, they look dirty apart from one staff member who has been there for a long time.
when we went to the pub yesterday, the staff spent their time eating and drinking beer behind the bar. The girl who served us was abrupt, not smiling,...
It looks like we will need to find a new venue in Twickenham to go for a beer.

The Sussex Arms, Twickenham

This is a great pub and we are also lucky that it is our local. When we went this Friday, we were a bit disappointed, not by the pub or the staff but by some people who do not have any respect for others. It seems that they are part of the Thamesians RFU and they are loud. They also bring their dogs who don't stop barking, pushchairs. It really put our friends off and also us as we couldn't really speak.
