The Gloucester, Knightsbridge

AWFUL!It was a nightmare our first and last visit there! After a pleasant lunch with old friends found in London, 3 hours before our flight to Dublin, we realized that one of our handbags was stoled! The staff from there only appologized but didn't do anything to help us! Could be a conspiracy between the thieves and the staff, because the pub has two doors on two streets and nobody get out through the back door, where we're seated by! All our papers were in that bag, so our holiday was finished from that moment! Especially more that the police, which we hard found, was more interested of the brand of the bag, phone, wallet... as the second day they closed the case!!! We avoided to enter at Asian's in the City (where we lived)and lost a lot of money in an English pub in the center!!!And remained with a bitter taste from our first visit to London/England...What a shame for a civilized society!
