The Swan Inn, Old Isleworth

Very disappointing! The rooms were clean and comfortable but the food service was awful. The evening meal orders took an age to be served and were muddled, the soup was burning hot and some of the main meal was cold. There was no breakfast system in place but the cleaner kindly provided us with tired looking cornflakes, a loaf of bread to make our own toast and a kettle to make tea. I raised my concerns and was informed by the staff on duty that it was a pub so what did I expect! A little more service or they should advertise room only.
