We visited this pub on Friday 23rd February 2007 and it appeared to be closed because extensive building work was going on. We were told elsewhere that the building's damp proof course was being worked on.

Last visit was Sunday 9th December 2007 - still excellent IMHO. Going again on Sunday, 23rd December to sample their Christmas Menu.
