The Plough Inn, Horsell

The Plough under new management what a disaster. My family and friends have been going there for years. The beer is not good, i ordered a pint of real ale and it was on the turn and i was told there was nothing wrong with it, The food was over priced and tasteless again when we complained the responce was no one else has said anything. The Staff are rude, unhelpful and lack of knowledge as to what they serve. John the bar is still there (when he is not in the cellar, What does he do in there?) Jack and Clare have bailed out to. The Management are loud, brassy and only interested in there mates not the good old loyal locals. H didn't smile alot but that was him it was fun trying to get him to crack a smile, Jillie what a cook her food was fab, whe was always bubbly and fun and went out of her way to make sure you had exactly what you wanted. The Plough was cosy, warm and friendly. If you like cold, rude staff and rubbish service run of the mill food and beer served on the turn then thats the place for you. My family and friends will not go back even though it's on my door step.
