The Mucky Pup, Angel, Islington

I�ve just had the last 2 reviews brought to my attention and, as landlord, all I can do is apologise unreservedly. The barman in question has been officially warned and will no longer be with us after the 1st week of December.
With regard to waiting times, the night in question was actually by far the busiest night in the 4 years I�ve been here and therefore did put us in a very strained position. Although that in no way excuses the barman�s behaviour.
This is the 1st time we�ve had a bad review as we have a very good reputation for providing a friendly service (please see other�s comments), so hopefully anyone reading these reviews will realise that this occurence was a one off.
