Dolphin, High Wycombe
After a brief time nenamed The Chameleon, The Dolphin has now been taken over by Greene King (again). It's been refurbished and now has an extensive food menu.
As Greene King are running the place, it has a selection of GK beers on handpumps (IPA, Old Speckled Hen, Abbot Ale, etc), served to a good standard. For IPA, they even let you choose between Northern style pouring (creamy - ie through a sparkler) or Southern (bright).
I'm pretty impressed with this pub - I just hope it can survive.
