The Alexandra, Wimbledon

Went there for Sunday Lunch in the restuarant side yesterday. Ordered one roast belly of pork and one Roast beef lunch from the specials board. The 3 slices of overcooked shoe leather that mascaraded as beef where virtually inedible. 3 miniscule roast potatoes, soggy veggies and one small Aunt Bessies Yorkshire pudding for �11.95. The roast pork lunch �12.95 was not much better, the 'crackling' that they shouted about on the board was soggy with the same sad accompaniments on the plate. An appaling rip off. Do not eat there.
