Red Lion has now been open for just over one week, the refurbishment is great and gives it a welcoming atmosphere. The beer is good and I enjoyed the Courage Best and Directors. Although the menu is limited at the moment my omlette and chips was very good value. IThe pub is well worth a visit.

Second visit. Had Sunday lunch with family. Roast beef with with roast potatoes, youkshires, choice of veg., followed by coice of puds and free glass of rose wine (special for mothers day), The food was excellent, very good value for money at �5.95 per head. Very friendly people. Well worth a visit.
