How many landlords would do what Paul did?
He dropped Moules Mariniere from his menu because there were few takers, but when a group of us wanted them, he got them in specially - excellent they were too - "You would be hard pushed to find their equal in France..." said some of our friends who have a French home.

Just the ticket, and no kids running riot as there are in the Bridge at Shawford. This is a real country pub with a log fire and a welcoming landlord.
