The Ship Inn, Grays
I moved into the area about a year ago, and was introduced to The Ship by a friend.
I have found the pub to be very friendly, especially the staff, with some great entertainment, mainly on friday nights, however recently some saturday nights too.
Actually i was in there last night (a saturday) with Beth81's husband (Beth wasn't there...), and we were providing backing vocals to a great singer/guitarist!
The food is really good with large portions at low prices, and all live sporting events are shown on 3 TV's.
I've drunk in a lot of the local pubs, but none of the others come close to The Ship. 10/10
