A really great pub in a rather dodgy area!
Kids are not served alcohol in the pub, they do however buy it up the road from the local off-license, then try to sit outside or by the phone box and make a general nuisance of themselves.
Better that than the local park? Kids will always try to drink alcohol, they always have and always will. The bar and door staff always refuse, but given that kids try every night Im there Im not surprised that a few may have got through. As a test send your young looking 12-13 into the off-license and they will get served no questions asked. Then try the same at the pub! Ive see 23 year olds get asked for ID.

Genuinely if your 15 year old is getting served, take a photo and give it to the landlord, he show all the staff and your child wont get in again until its 18! Its that simple.

There are three bars, one the Blue bar has beautiful girls dancing (+21s only here) and the other two have live music and a pool table.
Free Jukebox with music ranging from the Jam, Beatles to 10 masked Men (very heavy).

Beer .best I dont comment on that as their best sellers are lagers.

Plastic glasses eventually all live venues will go this way, sadly some people arent happy drunks and this is the best way to preserve life and prevent scars.
When I was 16 I witnessed the murder of someone with a glass, for just trying to stop a male from striking his girlfriend (not this pub, but one in Camberley).

Love the pub, wish there were more like it.

If you want short skirts, drunk kids, plastic fantastic lights, fights and over priced drinks try Kingston town, its only just down the road.
