The White Lion Hotel, Castlefield
Awful!
This used to be a great pub in a great location.
Now beer was awful, and �3.70 a pint of Timothy Taylors landlord in a plastic glass, a rip off even for a City Centre pub!

Reopened Sept 2010 as freehouse by Nick du Toit ex Wigan Rugby forward.
Four handpulls of real ale, Thwaites Wainwright, One Prospect and two rotating guests all extremely well kept.
Wigan CAMRA Locale award, best new cask outlet and Autumn 2011 Pub of the Season.
Friendly locals pub. Music night every Thursday and Saturday and some Fridays.
