We visited on a mid week lunch time and the place was busy. I can sum up the experience in one sentence: Overpriced and Understaffed.
Nice location but not worth the overpriced food or the 40 min wait for food.

Visited this revamped gastro pub recently and we were not impressed at all. Overpriced pub food and overpriced drink. Only redeeming factor was that the service was ok.

Just been to Glasshouse for lunch or rather not for lunch. Waited almost an hour and no food arrived. Had to go elsewhere. So would not recommend unless you have a few hours to waste! On the positive side other peoples food did look good!

Visited on a Thursday evening and found the whole experience unimpressive. We had the most miserable waitress you could imagine who only became a little animated when she brought the bill. Had long waits to be seated and to receive drinks. The food was over priced and not very exciting. Would not go out of the way to visit again.

Beer ok but very dissappointed with the food. Had a Sunday lunch of roast beef which was poor, overcooked veg, soggy yorkshire and the roast potatoes were awful

The Bell Inn, Hampton
Visited on a Sunday afternoon and we were very disappointed. All the roasts were off the menu which left very few choices. Plus the bar staff seemed more interested in chatting to each other than serving customers. Much better choices in the local area
