Hi there don't usually write comments on boards like this but thought it best this time. Been using this pub for a couple of years and is the only reason I go into rugby town centre - I live slightly out of town. Indeed the atmosphere is great as is the beer BUT most importantly the staff and manager have always been excellent. Can't understand the previous comments. More than in any other pub I've ever been to they make an effort with the customers, the manager especially appears to work very hard at making everyone feel welcome.What he does do ( and somehow without the use of bouncers)is keep the dregs of society out of a town centre pub ... can only inagine that's where the previous comments have come from. In my opinion (and judging by its popularity a lot of others too) this is one of the top pubs around and the staff are always more than excellent with me.
