The Lock Tavern, Camden

My favourite pub in the area, lots of variety in the layout. Love the lights in the garden, and the layout and seating there. Gets silly crammed upstairs, and usually more spacious downstairs on a Saturday night. Not the best place to come unless you're part of a group.

The Good Mixer, Camden

The pub has a somewhat unique style. Good range of drinks. Main grumble is it's always busy and crammed, and here's where the grumble comes in, they have tits playing pool there when it's so crammed. Said tits then get grumpy when they can't get there shot in. Sadly tourists tend to pack the place out.

The Barfly Club, Chalk Farm

My favourite club in town, great music and good atmosphere. The range of beers/lagers isn't great, but you wouldn't go here if you were a beer coniseur. Has two floors, with different music on each floor.

Only grumble is the fact you normally have to queue to get to the upper floor on busy nights.

Haven't been for awhile as i've crossed into my 30s, and it's mostly stoodents and 20 somethings.

The Victory, Hereford

Good old fashioned pub, with plenty of genuine non-plastic wood everywhere. Lots of choice of drinks. Gets crowded with live bands playing, but definitely good fun. Worth going to see the gorgeous 6ft young lady serving behind the bar!

Waxy O'Connors, Piccadilly

Great bar just off Piccadilly. Good for drinking with a bunch of mates. Also good for a date, as there's lots of little places to sit/stand and chat.

'Come on Eileen' is played every time i've been there. We organise various things based on when it's played during the evening.

Huge place with 3 bars in different areas. Prices are a little steep, but good for the area. The nearby CC club charges 4.50 for a small bottle of 1664, so think yourself lucky

The Ship, Soho

This is my local whenever in the Soho area. Lovely old pub with lots of original wood. Great music, good choice of drinks. Slight downside is there's rarely a place to sit. Have never seen it quiet, always busy.
Charlotte's (the Manager) fine. She's from Hereford. The music isn't loud enough to disrupt conversations.
