Bulls Head, Goring By Sea

I would also like to point out that 'alarm bells' ringing due to how quiet we were has more to do with xfactor and strictly come dancing than our standards or food quality. Indeed you would have been unable to get a table during lunchtime! Apologies, however I feel that I have the right to reply when deemed necessary.

As the 'landlady' or manager as is the correct term of this business I would like to point out that the below statement which is attributed to the 'landlady' is not me, but a member of the team, and an incorrect identification. As a note, this complaint has been dealt with privately also, as we pride ourselves on doing with any issue brought to our attention.. and the cutlery buckets have been removed from use. The offending bucket was missed in checks and was disposed of immediately that day.. Thanks!!

The Kings Head, Bayswater

Brilliant pub, understaffed like all chain efforts but the manager is obviously on the ball, and seems to work his socks off. Excellent real ales, good drinks range, food a bit on the dull side, but love the bar snacks and nibbles!! Great customer service, and excellent manners. Much better than the pubs either side!

Mavericks, Newquay

dirty and horrid, owners seem to think that spouting their cause over being 'forced out of thier pub' far more important than ACTUAL CUSTOMERS

the mysterious 'project 's'' by mitchell and butlers....not such a good project and good service shouldn't be a mystery!!!!

Post Of Stone, Stone

Went in last week, asked for coffee, and the comment I got was... does everyone want bloody coffee today or what? And this came from a blonde girl whos badge said supervisor. Oh dear. The place was a mess, none of the tables had chairs round them cos they had all been moved around. Coffee was lovely when I finally got it but I didn't dare ask for another.

The Wilton Arms, Middleton

I have been to this pub many times for business meetings and have NEVER had a problem with my laptop, paperwork etc. The staff are great, the food is lovely, and everyone always has a smile. I love it! The Travel Inn next door is not so great since it was sold off though...
