Good selection of ales, the staff are nice and the bar food is brilliant.
The thing that lets this place down are the regulars, who are often rude, borish and loud. Not much atmosphere.

The Dolphin, Eastbourne
A favourite of mine when in Eastbourne. Harvey's Best and other guest ales, and a restaurant type space at the back. Food is excellent.
However, there is one barmaid who obviously hates working with the public, totally miserable and you can wait ages to get served whilst she blindly ingonres you. Most annoying.
