The worst pub 'Sunday Roast' I can ever remember. The meat smelt fishy and had obviously been overly re-heated. To rub salt into the wound the 'chef' was puffing away at a roll up in clear view outside in between serving other customers. I've no doubt he washed his hands after smoking but it's not something I like to see when I'm eating a meal.
A pub to avoid.

Pleasant pub with nice garden. More restaurant than pub and at four quid a pint I won't be rushing back.

Very good food and not bad at all for a Shepherd Neame.

Another pub I suggested and still as good as the day I suggested it so upping my rating to 8, still not keen on the squeaky glasses though and going off Shepherd Neame a bit these days to

This Shepherd Neame pub was something of a disappointment. Looks full of character from the outside but inside, the large interior seemed fairly soulless despite the enthusiastic mateyness of the barman. A family friendly place seemingly geared up more to sell food which didn't seem expensive (though I didn't try it). I did try the MasterBrew however, and it wasn't in good condition.
