Really nice pub, with friendly staff, always clean and appears to be very well run.Food in the beefeater behind the bar is also excellent, and well worth a return visit.

The Castle in The Air, Fareham
This is a great pub, with friendly staff and good beer, The quiz on sunday nights can be fun, if a little noisy at times.

Visited last November, and place is still as good to drink in as my very first visit in november 1995.
It is a real pity that catherine and sharon don't still work there, but the beer is still great.

The Hobbit is somewhere that I have always found to be full of decent staff, who make you feel welcome.
My last visit was in Nov 05, before returning to duty, but No one will keep me away, and I am longing for that next pint.

The Pier Hotel, Aberystwyth
Great pub, with locals who will always bring you into the conversation, if you wish, but will also leave you alone depending on your mood.
Good beer and well worth a return visit, sometimes can be very quiet, and the the place just explodes into life.
