i think the pubs around here are all of a low standard, but i think this has a lot to do with the clientelle in cranleigh.....not very good

probably the worst pub you will ever have the misfortune of entering. i don't think it has any redeeming features, oh no it does...the door as you leave.

The Sir Roger Titchbourne, Alfold Bars
i found this to be an o.k place. they have spent a fortune on it and i hope they do well. the staff will take a while to settle in, as with all new ventures.

i cannot praise this place enough....in this modern era of no service, this establishment has gone one step up...you get treated like you are eating at a michelin star restaurant. the food is brilliant and you get lots of it. for sunday lunch you actually get offered more during the meal..in a recession! we will definitely be going back, if only for the fact our kids ate FREE.

not bad as an estate pub. does the beer quite well and pub grub you won't die from.
