The Turkey, Enfield

Not somwhere to meet new friends for sure, quite agressive hate filled undertones especially towards those who don't have a trade and/or drive a white van.

Could really be so much better/busier/more fun to go as it's so close to a train station.

Could encourage more civilised younger clientelle also.

Must drop in prices across the board as well as estabishementm on weekends.

Finley's, Enfield Wash

I'm amazed this hasn't been given a rating as yet.

Been coming here regulary for about 18 months, Received a fair amount of hostility to begin with (nothing new in Enfield).

The new partbership of Mae and Alfie have made me feel very welcome since then, I have also made many drinking buddies there too.

Beer is very cheep (2.20) on weekdays before 5pm and there is often goos entertainment on during the weekends.

For me it's worth a visit and is easily one of the best pubs in North Enfield

Another establishement that reeks depression and that isn't too good when you're a depressive yourself.

For a single man of 27 there is next to nothing to entice you in, used to be a regular drinking hole (when I was much younger).

Again a shame.

Gun and Magpie, Enfield

Agree with last mailer. Unbeliveable how unfriendly the atmosphere is considering it's predominately only the bar staff!

You would think hospitality would be top of their agenda in an effort to draw drinkers in but think again...

Soon to be flats I feel. Shame
