Cheers, Regent Street

This place is a bigger meat market than Smithfield. I usually find these types of bar entertaining in an ironic way but Cheers is possibly as bad as it can get in London. Only worth a look in to crack up at the sweaty tourists on the dancefloor with rucsacs on.

The Moon Under Water, Leicester Square

Fine apart from at weekends when it is rammed. Bit of a youth club as well, but then again I didn't complain when they served me at 16!

The Tom Cribb, Piccadilly

The lager selection has improved recently, with Oranjebloom and Asahi on tap amongst others. Also had several ales. One of the better places to drink locally.

Tiger Tiger, Piccadilly Circus

Charging 3.50 for a half pint bottle of Stella is daylight robbery, that was two years ago so dread to think what the price is now. I always laugh when I see the queues to get in here late at night.

The Comedy, Piccadilly

The best thing about The Comedy is that it is usually empty during the week. Have had the top two floors to ourselves on several occasions. The big screen is alright for football.

The pub is pretty average otherwise. The main problem is a lack of real ale.
