I never thought i'd say this. I've lived near this pub for years and seen it in many guises. In recent times, it has been lacking in every department and i've sworn i'd never go back more times than i'd care to remember. However, it seems to have turned a corner as my last visit was a real pleasure. On a sunny day you get a BBQ with Peroni on tap (at a reasonable price) in one of the best pub gardens in London. And there's the promise of an extended cider range as of this weekend, adding to an already outstanding beer offer. Count me in!

Really impressed with this place - friendly manager and staff, and the food was excellent. Well worth a visit

Love this pub! Had the best roast here today....staff were dead friendly and an amazing beer selection. I hear Teddy Sherringham was in here last week. Well if it's good enough for him....
