Restaurant good, bar ok, not remotely cheap and really difficult to get a cab if you miss the last train! Service ok - tendancy to look down their nose at you

More enjoyable during the week as not so busy - food is good, nice decor and toilets very clean. Staff always friendly and attracts lots of eye candy.

The Smugglers Tavern, Coulsdon
An unusual pub. Very smoky in the winter but the management is great and try really hard. It's a locals pub but they are really welcoming. Clientelle are normally all grown ups and has a nice cross section of beers. It's like one of those not beautiful but strangely attractive girls!

Been through more changes of appearance than Dr Who. Still tends towards the poncy in some ways, but food is good , great garden in the summer and a peaceful pint.

A cheap and cheerful pub on the border of Coulsdon / Banstead. Does food which is palatable and good for kids. Kids play area is a bit sparse, good for flat screen tvs and sports, only downside is it attracts it's fair share of local chavs.

The Crown and Sceptre, South Croydon
A good Fullers Pub which i travel to go to. Good with friends or just to sit and read the newspaper. Recommended thoroughly.
