Boathouse Bar and Brasserie, Salisbury

went here tonight had pint of Old Golden Hen flat and warm. barmaid was very nice and when i complained she said sorry i know nothing about ale so she ask all the other staff and they all said they new nothing about ale so i ask for the other beer and you couldn't see through it it was so cloudy so i mentioned it and she said Oh is it not meant to be like that. Please if anyone from the Boat house reads this please train your staff in the art of beer keeping Rant over

been there a few times now landlord and lady both know there business the beer is always very good and the Sunday roast is one of the best ive had

Nice pub very nice beer garden food is great , Shame about it having badger beer any other and it would be a fantastic pub

now it has changed hands and a landlord who knows the trade has taken it over it is once again a good pub great views out the back. Does food to not eaten there myself yet so can't comment but im sure it will be good

went in there a few weeks back for a tap pub had the worst pint of hidden i have ever had flat and undrinkable and young lad behind bar couldn't give a toss wont be going there again

The Kings Head, Salisbury

have only ever been to 2 wetherspoons where you can drink the beer and this is not one of them. shame though so many good beers and nobody there knowa how to keep them. Maybe the manager there should ask the manager of the one in Paignton Devon to pop up and give him or her a few lessons
